    We wanted to give people a taste of life at the Joymaker Mansion, with our healthy routines, shared meals, and phone-free connection, for a fraction of the cost of a full Joymaker Camp.

    What is Joymaker Day?

    Remember recess?

    You didn't need a reason to run around, make friends, invent something ridiculous, or laugh until your stomach hurt. Then we became adults.

    Joymaker Day brings that part of us back. We're taking over a mansion for a day, turning off our phones, and making room for play, movement, authentic relating, eating together, and getting a little weird.

    There is nothing to achieve. The goal is to leave feeling more alive than when you arrived.

    The experience

    Spend a day actually feeling alive.

    Play

    Games that make you laugh, experiment, and get a little ridiculous. Reconnect with the version of you that doesn't take everything so seriously.

    Connect

    Authentic relating and real conversations that get us beyond small talk. Feel what happens when people actually slow down and see one another.

    Move

    Physical games, dancing, and movement that get you out of your head and into your body. Find your own pace and let some energy loose.

    Recharge

    Hot tub time, red light therapy, good food, and room to do absolutely nothing. Settle into a beautiful mansion with humans who have nowhere else to be.

    At the beginning, our phones are surrendered and safely stored. For one day, the people in front of you get your full attention.

    A lot of people have wanted to experience Joymaker Camp, but a program lasting several days and the investment that comes with it aren't accessible to everyone. We wanted to make room for more people to experience this kind of connection.

    Joymaker Day brings that spirit into one ridiculously good day. The day is devoted to play, movement, presence, authentic human connection, and rejuvenation.

    Joymaker Camp is for developing skills you can bring back to your groups. Joymaker Day is a chance to unplug and simply enjoy being a human with other humans.
